444paga Terms and Conditions – Rules and User Rights

1General Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings described below, regardless of whether they are used in the singular or plural:

• "444paga" — refers to the Sports Betting and online casino platform available at 444paga.best, operated by the brand's holding company, hereinafter referred to as the "Platform".
• "User" or "Player" — any individual, aged 18 or over, who has created a registered and verified account on the 444paga.
• "Account" — the user's individual profile on the platform, identified by a unique CPF and registered email address.
• "Real Balance" — funds deposited by the user via Pix, boleto bancário, credit/debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, or TED transfer, available for withdrawal at any time after verification.
• "Bonus Balance" — amounts granted by the platform as bonuses, subject to rollover requirements before they can be converted to real balance and withdrawn.
• "Rollover" — the minimum wagering requirement a user must meet before withdrawing a bonus balance. Expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 5x rollover on R$ 100.00 = R$ 500.00 in bets).
• "Terms" — this Terms and Conditions document of the 444paga in its most recent version.

2Eligibility & Registration

To create and maintain an active account on 444paga, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration.
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service.
• Be a resident of or located within Brazilian territory at the time of using the platform.
• Not being subject to any law or regulation that prohibits the use of online betting platforms in your jurisdiction.
• Not be an employee, service provider or immediate family member of an employee of 444paga or its partner companies.

Each user may hold only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number or banking details is strictly prohibited and results in the closure of all associated accounts, with balances held pending review.

During the identity verification process — which may be requested at any time but is mandatory before the first withdrawal —, the 444paga may request documents such as a government-issued ID, driver's license, proof of address, and a selfie. This step exists to protect the user and ensure platform security.

3Platform Use

The platform of 444paga is available via web browser on desktop and mobile devices (smartphones and tablets), with no app installation required. Users are responsible for ensuring their device and internet connection meet the minimum requirements for the platform to function properly.

Login credentials — email and password — are the user's sole responsibility. The 444paga does not request passwords via email, phone, or chat. Any unauthorized access must be reported to support immediately for preventive account blocking.

The platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled maintenance windows — which are communicated in advance — and technical outages beyond the control of 444paga. The platform is not responsible for losses resulting from service interruptions caused by third-party failures, such as internet providers or banking systems.

• Using the platform for commercial, resale, or intermediary purposes is prohibited.
• Attempts at reverse engineering, data scraping or system manipulation are prohibited and may result in legal action.
• All platform content — including odds, interfaces, and text — is the property of the 444paga and may not be reproduced without authorization.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The 444paga operates exclusively in BRL (R$) and accepts the following deposit methods:

• Pix — instant processing, available 24/7, for any Brazilian bank (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and others).
• Bank slip (Boleto bancário) — cleared within 1 business day after payment.
• Credit and debit card — Visa and Mastercard accepted, with credit within up to 30 minutes.
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — real-time processing via their respective digital wallets.
• TED Bank Transfer — available for current accounts at Brazilian banks, with same-day credit if processed by 5 PM on a business day.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 and the maximum daily deposit is R$ 50,000.00, subject to adjustments based on the user's VIP level. No fees are charged on deposits by 444paga.

For withdrawals, the user must have their identity verified before the first request is processed. The withdrawal method must be the same one used for the deposit, or another method proven to be in the user's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier: Bronze users have a standard timeframe of up to 3 business days; Silver up to 2 days; Gold up to 1 hour via Pix; Platinum up to 15 minutes via Pix; Diamond with instant Pix withdrawal. The 444paga may request additional documentation for withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 or in situations requiring anti-fraud security review.

5Bonuses & Promotions

The 444paga offers periodic promotions, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reloads, and themed promotions. Each promotion has specific rules described on its corresponding page — always read the full terms and conditions before opting into any offer.

General rules applicable to all bonuses on the 444paga:

• Bonuses are credited as bonus balance and may only be withdrawn after the specified rollover requirement has been met.
• The rollover is calculated on the bonus amount received, unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Cancelled, void, or odds-below-1.50 bets do not count toward rollover completion, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have a validity period defined in the promotion — once expired, any unused bonus balance is automatically removed.
• Each user may take part in each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Participation in promotions is exclusive to users with a complete registration and verified account on the 444paga.
• The 444paga reserves the right to cancel bonuses for users who show a pattern of promotion abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer.

The weekly cashback in the VIP Program follows its own rules, described on the VIP Program, with a 5x rollover on the credited amount.

6Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 444paga are available for more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), UFC/MMA, tennis, Formula 1 and e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant). The following rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 2.00; the maximum amount per bet is set according to the market and event, and is displayed before confirmation.
• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be reversed, except in cases of clear system error — which will be reviewed individually by 444paga.
• If an event is suspended or cancelled before its natural conclusion, all bets are voided and the wagered amounts are returned to the user's balance.
• Live bets are subject to a technical broadcast delay. The 444paga may suspend live markets at any time if there are concerns about the integrity of the event.
• Odds errors — such as values clearly outside market range — may be voided by the 444paga even after the bet is confirmed. The user will be notified and the amount will be refunded.
• Multiple (accumulator) bets follow the same rules as single bets for each selection. If a selection is voided, the remaining selections stay valid with the odds recalculated.

The 444paga upholds betting integrity and may refuse or void bets showing signs of result manipulation or use of insider information, in line with international sports integrity standards.

7Casino & Games

The casino section of 444paga includes slots, crash games, progressive jackpots and live casino with Portuguese-speaking dealers. All games available on the platform are provided by certified suppliers and use audited Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable results.

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot is listed in the game rules, accessible before you play.
• Live Casino games are streamed in real time by professional dealers. Any transmission failure that prevents a round from being completed will result in the bet being voided and the wagered amount refunded.
• Progressive jackpots accumulate contributions from all players and are paid out according to the specific rules of each game, available in the Jackpot section of the platform.
• The 444paga may remove or replace games from its offering at any time, with no obligation to keep any specific title permanently available.

8VIP Program

The VIP Program of 444paga is a loyalty program with five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — based on points accumulated through bets placed on the platform. Enrollment is automatic for all users with an active account and at least one confirmed deposit.

• Points are earned at a rate of 1 point per R$ 10.00 wagered on slots and crash games; 1 point per R$ 20.00 on Sports Betting; 1 point per R$ 30.00 on Live Casino.
• Points do not expire while the account is active (at least one deposit in the last 90 days). After 90 days without a deposit, points enter hibernation and are restored when the user returns.
• Level promotions happen automatically once the required points are reached, taking effect in the early hours of the following day.
• The benefits of each tier — including cashback, withdrawal limits, and access to a dedicated account manager — are detailed on the VIP Program.
• The 444paga reserves the right to modify the VIP Program rules with 14 days' prior notice, ensuring that benefits already earned are not removed without a transition period.

9Prohibited Conduct

Use of the 444paga platform 444paga is contingent on ethical and lawful conduct. The following practices are strictly prohibited, with consequences including immediate account closure, balance retention, and potential reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Multiple accounts: creating more than one account to bypass verifications, claim bonuses repeatedly or circumvent restrictions imposed by the platform.
• Use of bots and automation: using software, scripts, or any form of automation to place bets, exploit promotions, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Bonus abuse: participating in promotions with the sole intent of mathematically exploiting rollovers, with no genuine interest in the platform's entertainment.
• Money laundering: using the platform to move funds of illicit origin, in violation of Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation (Law 9,613/1998).
• Match fixing: betting based on privileged information about the outcome of sporting events, or participating in any match-fixing scheme.
• Payment fraud: using third-party credit cards or banking details without authorization, filing unwarranted chargebacks, or submitting fraudulent proof of payment.
• Access by users under 18: allowing or facilitating platform access by minors.

10Responsible Gambling

The 444paga believes that entertainment has its limits and that respecting those limits is a shared responsibility between the platform and the player. The platform offers concrete responsible gambling tools, available at any time in the account settings area or by contacting support:

• Deposit limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits. Once set, the limit can only be increased after a 7-day waiting period — but it can be reduced immediately.
• Voluntary break: temporarily suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During the pause period, it is not possible to access the platform, make deposits, or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: request the permanent closure of your account. This action is irreversible and ensures you will not be able to create a new account on 444paga for the requested period (minimum of 6 months, up to permanent).
• The reality of the situation: access your full history of bets, deposits, withdrawals and balances at any time to keep a clear view of your activity on the platform.

11Privacy and LGPD

The processing of personal data by the 444paga follows the principles and provisions of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention.
• Processing financial transactions (deposits and withdrawals via Pix and other methods).
• Communications about promotions, bonuses and platform updates (subject to consent).
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to our operations.
